Approximately 50% of this position involves direct labor, making it best suited for supervisors who lead by example and thrive in fast-paced environments.What You'll OwnAs the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day shift execution while supporting operational priorities set by the Production Manager and Director of Operations.
