Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Production SupervisorThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of hourly employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. In this role, you will focus on daily coordination of work, coaching team members, driving engagement, and supporting continuous improvement activities. You will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.Responsibilities:Own and improve SQDC performance of assigned areas and teamsPromote a strong safety culture, including conducting weekly safety meetings, ensuring employee safety and 5S in housekeepingActive in all EHS programs, promote an accident-free workplace, H&S framework element ownership, active safety team memberMaintains the highest standards of integrity while complying with company initiatives and administering local policiesSupervise, support, and engage a team of production employees.

Provide daily coaching, feedback, and guidance to help employees perform effectively and develop their skillsFoster a positive team culture built on safety, accountability, communication, and mutual respectTrain new hires and ensure employees are properly cross-trained to support business needsEnsure quality standards are consistently met and partner with Quality teams to resolve issuesSupport and lead implementation of Lean, 5S, or other improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications:Ability to work 2nd Shift (3pm-12:30am)Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma with 3 years of manufacturing experienceAbility to lead and engage a diverse team with strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar environment preferred1-2 years supervisory experienceMust be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the futureDesired Characteristics:Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical aptitudeKnowledge of 5S and LeanRelocation Assistance Provided: NoFor candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $76,300.00 and $114,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
