We currently have two openings available — one at our Kemper facility and one at our Northland Blvd. facility. This hands-on role is ideal for a manufacturing leader who enjoys developing teams, solving problems, and driving results in a fast-paced food production environment.What You'll DoAs a Production Supervisor, you'll lead approximately 25 + production employees while ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality operations.Key responsibilities include:Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the production floorEnsure compliance with food safety requirements, GMPs, quality standards, and company policiesCoach, develop, and support production employees while holding teams accountableMonitor performance and identify ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtimeInvestigate production, quality, and safety issues using root cause analysis and corrective actionsPartner with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and Safety teamsMaintain staffing, training, resources, procedures, and production documentationDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and costWhat We're Looking ForRequired ExperienceManufacturing leadership or supervisory experienceExperience leading, coaching, and developing production teamsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety teamsProficiency with Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturingFood, beverage, bakery, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing experienceKnowledge of GMPs, HACCP, OSHA regulations, and food safety programsLean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experienceSuccess in This Role Looks Like: building an engaged team, meeting production schedules safely and efficiently, reducing downtime and waste, solving operational issues quickly, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining high food safety and quality standards.Why Ditsch USA?Stable and growing food manufacturing companyCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesCollaborative, team-oriented cultureEmployee development and training focusCompetitive pay and comprehensive benefitsIf you're a strong manufacturing leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and delivering operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and help us continue the Art of Pretzel Making.
