Production SupervisorWe are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met while fostering a positive and accountable team environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate work for 25 2nd shift production personnel to meet daily and weekly production goalsEnsure adherence to safety policies and promote a strong safety-first cultureMonitor production processes to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently achievedIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions as neededTrain, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagementManage staffing levels, schedules, and employee attendanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and logisticsTrack and report key performance metrics such as productivity, scrap, and downtimeAddress employee concerns and maintain a positive work environmentEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresQualifications:Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Business or other related field2+ years of Production Supervisor leadership experience in manufacturingContinuous improvement and root cause analysis experienceStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production settingWhat We Offer:Competitive annual salary range of $85,000 – $95,000Opportunities for career growth and advancementComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) beginning on the first day of hireSupportive team-oriented work environment
