Implement safety programs to minimize workplace accidents.Oversee the allocation of manpower within your assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining 5S+ standards while meeting or exceeding productivity expectations.Address safety concerns promptly and take corrective actions as needed.
Report process and equipment problems promptly and collaborate with relevant personnel for assistance.Train, upgrade, and evaluate operators' skills. Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance, and conduct regular reviews of operator performance.Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to labor contract provisions. Apply fair and judicious disciplinary measures when required.Keep accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and departmental activities. Upkeep employee timecards for accurate and prompt payroll.Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing AND/OR operations environmentNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
