Production SupervisorRogue Fitness is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations team in Columbus, OH. The Production Supervisor is a critical frontline leader on the shop floor, ensuring our teams operate safely, efficiently, and at the world-class quality level that is our standard.ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervise a department of operators, assemblers, and/or other manufacturing roles, delivering training, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountabilityManage the daily production schedule and delegate responsibilities to meet aggressive targets without compromising on qualityMaintain a deep understanding of Rogue product lines and company policies and proceduresEffectively use Google Spreadsheets, MRP/ERP software, and Rogue internal applications to track, analyze, and report on production metricsUtilize Workday for timekeeping, training, performance evaluations, and other personnel tasks as neededEnforce all company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environmentFoster a positive and productive team culture, proactively engaging in conflict resolution and promoting high team moraleRequirementsMinimum of 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory roleBachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredProficiency with various hand and power toolsExperience working with ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheetsAbility to lift and move up to 80 lbs and remain standing/active on the operations floor for the duration of a shiftFlexibility to work overtime (extra hours and/or weekends) as required by production needsStrong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
