As the Production Superintendent, you will:
* Mentor production supervisors and assist them with the tools needed to succeed.
* Be responsible for meeting production goals within the plant.
* Manage budgets set within the department.
* Be committed to safety and continuous improvement.
Minimum requirements for this Production Superintendent position:
* At least 3 years' experience as a supervisor in wood manufacturing with a high preference for green end experience.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
* Able to build a team and motivate members.
* Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider experience instead of degree.
