Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end process of sourcing swag, including generating personalized products and overseeing delivery to clients Support the Project Lead in building client proposals and providing regular updates on order processes Coordinate orders with multiple vendors, ensuring accuracy in pricing, shipping, and decoration information Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in the branded merchandise industry Proficiency in using promotional product software such as CommonSKU or Hoops Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or similar vector artwork software Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other sales CRM platforms Strong understanding of design principles and experience in creating personalized or printed goods
