Production Recruiter

I’m partnering with a well-established organization on a search for an experienced Production Recruiter. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume recruiting, proactive sourcing, and building strong relationships within a manufacturing environment.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for production and skilled-labor positions
• Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR
• Build relationships with schools, training programs, and community resources
• Participate in job fairs and hiring events
• Manage recruiting activities and reporting within the HRIS/ATS
• Train hiring managers on recruiting tools and onboarding processes
• Support broader HR and talent acquisition initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience recruiting production and skilled-labor talent
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Manufacturing experience highly desired
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• ATS experience preferred

Work Schedule: Onsite

Compensation: $75k base
