We're hiring Production Rackers for a fast-paced warehouse where you'll stay on your feet, keep your hands busy, and your playlist pumping.Job DutiesPlace aerospace parts onto racks for chemical processing and treatmentUnrack finished parts after processing and prepare them for inspection or the next production stepBend and secure the aluminum wire to properly fasten parts onto racksTighten and secure metal components using hand force and manual dexterityCarefully hang, position, and secure parts to prevent damage during processingEnsure parts are properly handled to meet quality and aerospace standardsWork in both warehouse and outdoor areas as requiredFollow all safety procedures when handling parts and working around chemicalsMaintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the racking processRequirementsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform heavy manual work as neededStrong hand strength and manual dexterity for tightening and securing partsAbility to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasksComfortable working around chemical fumes, heat, and industrial environmentsGood hand-eye coordination and attention to detailTeam-oriented with strong communication skillsPrefer prior racking or similar manufacturing/industrial experienceAbility to work safely in both indoor and outdoor environmentsMust meet ITAR requirements (U.S.
