Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Customer Service, Account Management, Project Coordination, or Project Management experience within commercial printing, packaging, direct mail, fulfillment, or a related manufacturing environment.nExperience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously, often balancing 6-7 active jobs with competing deadlines.nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.nAbility to remain calm under pressure while managing deadlines, production schedules, and customer expectations.nBasic math skills and the ability to review quantities, specifications, pricing, and production requirements accurately.

Join a rapidly growing team as a Customer Service / Project Coordinator supporting print and bindery operations. This fully onsite position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing projects from order intake through final delivery.nnKey Responsibilities:nnManage customer orders from start to finish, including job setup, job tickets, production coordination, and final shipment.nCoordinate with production teams to ensure deadlines, drop dates, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.nCreate labels, track schedules, and monitor project progress throughout the production process.nCommunicate with customers and internal teams regarding timelines, changes, and project status updates.nWork closely with a team of 15-20 project managers and customer service representatives to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.nnPosition Details:nnFull-time, fully onsite role.nFlexible schedule driven by production demands and project completion.nCombination of computer-based work and production floor interaction.nOpportunity to grow within a fast-paced, rapidly expanding organization.nnThe salary for this position pays between $80,000-$100,000 based off skillset and experience
