Production Planning SupervisorProduction Planning Supervisor - Assembly Based Manufacturing $90-110k + Bonus Billerica, MA (Fully On-Site) As the Planning Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our Billerica manufacturing operations. This isn't just about moving dates in a system; it's about orchestrating a high-velocity production environment where complex multilevel BOMs and tight constraints are the norm. You will lead a dedicated team of Buyer-Planners to translate customer demand into a flawless Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring we deliver excellence while maintaining lean inventory levels. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the MPS, balancing sales forecasts and order backlogs against real-world internal supply and capacity constraints.Provide direct mentorship and daily supervision to a small team of Buyer-PlannersCollaborate daily with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to resolve bottlenecks and ensure total alignment on production goals.Proactively identify capacity risks and drive solutions before they impact the customer.Oversee the release of work orders via MRP and Kanban signals; drive the timely closure of orders and resolve inventory discrepancies with the warehouse team.Qualifications3+ years of high-level planning experience within a complex manufacturing environment.Certifications in Supply Chain Management are a plus.
