Production Planner | Manufacturing
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
I’m supporting a manufacturing business with an opportunity for an experienced Production Planner to join their team.
This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of production scheduling, working closely with operations, inventory, procurement, logistics, and customer service to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and production runs efficiently.

What They’re Looking For
- 3 - 5+ years’ experience in a related role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience developing and maintaining production schedules
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
- Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required
