The Production Planner Analyst will report directly to the Production Control Manager. The Production Planner Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining production plans that balance customer demand, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity.

This role combines production scheduling with data analysis to support efficient operations, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.Primary ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain short- and long-term production plans based on demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory targetsCreate and release production schedules to meet customer requirements and internal service levelsMonitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand, material availability, or capacity constraintsCoordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure execution of production plansData Analysis & Reporting Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, inventory levels, and schedule adherenceIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving production efficiency and delivery performancePrepare and present reports and dashboards.Support data-driven decisions through scenario planning and "what-if" analysisInventory & Materials Coordination Collaborate with procurement and material planners to ensure timely availability of raw materials and componentsBalance production output with inventory objectives to minimize excess stock and shortagesSupport inventory accuracy through planning best practices and system disciplineSystems & Process Improvement Maintain planning data in ERP/MRP systems to ensure accuracy and reliabilitySupport continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and capacity managementAssist in the development and documentation of standard planning processes and proceduresJob RequirementsEducationAssociate's degree in business, or related fieldSkills & Relevant Work Experience2–5 years of experience in production planning, or manufacturing operationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholdersExperience in a manufacturing or regulated production environmentExperience using data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) a plusAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentData-driven decision-making mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skillsTravel Requirements: Up to 5%EOE M/F/D/V
