Role Description

The Production Partner is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Charleston, SC, supporting loan officers and branch operations in daily production activities. This position assists with pipeline management, including preparing and reviewing loan files, ensuring documentation accuracy, and tracking key milestones from application through closing. The Production Partner coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain high‑quality standards, resolve issues, and keep loans moving efficiently through the process. Responsibilities include organizing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring deadlines to meet production goals. The role also involves communicating with customers and team members, supporting training efforts within the branch, and contributing to continuous improvement of production processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to organize workflows, manage pipelines, and meet branch volume targets.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication skills to collaborate with loan officers, operations staff, customers, and third‑party partners.
  • Candidates should possess quality control skills to review files, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Candidates should possess training skills to help onboard team members, share best practices, and support ongoing process improvements.
  • Relevant experience in mortgage lending, financial services, or a similar production‑oriented environment is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with loan origination systems and standard office software are preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting while maintaining accuracy and a customer‑focused mindset is important.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
