We're looking for an experienced Production Paint Associate with hands-on experience mixing and applying 2K two-component paint systems in a fast-paced production environment. You'll prepare, mask, spray, inspect, and touch up parts while ensuring a high-quality professional finish.
Don't miss this temporary opportunity in Olathe, KS.Production Paint Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as neededMix and apply 2K automotive/industrial paint systems (Part A and Part B) according to manufacturer specificationsPerform detail masking and demasking to ensure clean, accurate paint lines and protect non-painted surfacesOperate spray equipment and maintain proper paint thickness and finish qualityInspect painted parts for defects and perform touch-ups when necessaryFollow production schedules while meeting quality standardsProduction Paint Associate Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentExperience in a manufacturing or production environmentPhysical agility and stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for entire shiftMust be able to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly throughout the shiftKnowledge of spray guns, paint booths, and paint mixing equipmentFamiliarity with automotive finishing processes and quality standardsIND137 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
