Skills and Experience
Skills:
- Pack plastic bags into cardboard boxes according to company standards
- Inspect products for defects or damage
- Stack, label, and prepare boxes for shipment
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety rules and production procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required for safety instructions, training, and daily work communication
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required
