Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for learning and operating various production machines, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining product quality, and promoting a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities
* Learn and operate various production machines and equipment throughout the facility.
* Provide coverage for employee breaks and assist in different production areas as needed.
* Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and product quality.
* Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting as trained and authorized.
* Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
* Identify and promptly report equipment malfunctions, production delays, safety concerns, or quality issues to the supervisor.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Follow all company safety policies, sanitation procedures, and production guidelines.
* Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
* Perform additional production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
* Ability and willingness to learn multiple production machines and processes.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist in multiple production areas.
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
