About the Opportunity
Staff Solve is hiring Production Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Hutto, TX. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a strong work history who are interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing.
As a Production Operator, you may be assigned to different areas of the manufacturing operation based on your experience, skills, and business needs. Departments may include production, material processing, quality/inspection, furnace operations, dosing, cutting, and other manufacturing functions.
What You'll Do
* Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
* Follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
* Monitor products and materials for quality and defects
* Measure, inspect, and document materials as required
* Load, unload, move, and process materials throughout the production area
* Perform repetitive lifting and physical production tasks
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Communicate production or equipment issues to supervisors
* Perform other production duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
* Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
* Reliable attendance and strong work history
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
* Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs. depending on department
* Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment
* Steel-toe shoes may be required depending on assignment
* Willingness to work overtime or a rotating schedule when required
* Ability to pass required employment screening, including E-Verify
