Our process begins with carefully selected raw metal components and materials, which are heat-treated, electroplated, bent, staked, and packed with care before being shipped to our valued customers worldwide. As a Production Operator, you'll spend your day operating various manufacturing equipment in a supportive and collaborative team environment, contributing to the creation of high-quality products.Shifts available:Evening Shift (3 PM - 11 PM)Night Shift (11 PM - 7 AM)About You:Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs. Previous manufacturing, mechanical, or chemical-handling experience preferredMust be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendanceMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standardsMust have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instructionBasic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorshipWork Environment:The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Temperatures may vary in accordance with weather conditions and may be extreme.
