Production OperatorProduction Associate / General Labor – 2nd Shift Pay: $19.00-$22.00/hour (based on position and experience) Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:30 AM Interview: Onsite Note: Multiple openings available. Construction, carpentry, woodworking, landscaping, and general labor experience are welcome.Position Summary Inspect, repair, and finish doors to meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities • Perform visual quality inspections and identify defects. • Repair doors using hand tools, sanders, putty, Bondo, glue, and touch-up materials. • Read and follow work orders and specifications. • Sort, stack, and move door units throughout production. • Document rejects and communicate quality concerns. • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications • Manufacturing, construction, landscaping, carpentry, or related experience preferred. • Experience using hand and power tools. • Strong attention to detail and quality. • Ability to work independently and on a team. Physical Requirements • Lift, move, and flip doors up to 80 lbs. • Frequent standing, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling. • Ability to work in a dusty, noisy environment with varying temperatures.
