We will deliver excellent value to all of our stakeholders.What you'll be working on:Operates production machinery, in accordance with attached specifications.Ensures through constant observation and routine inspections that high quality product is being produced.Monitor the production line, watching for problems such as pile-ups, jams, or glue that isn't sticking properly.Participate in preventative maintenance of equipment.Performs basic cleaning of machinery and of the plant.Use the BOM to obtain needed raw materials and is responsible for keeping assigned machine filled with these materials.Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material.Count and record finished and rejected packaged items, machine downtime, quantity of materials used, etc.Why work with us?We strive to foster an environment that celebrates differences in our teams at all PWI locations.
