Your duties include handling and storing goods and raw materials, setting up production equipment such as robots and inspection tools, and ensuring that all manufacturing processes comply with established safety and quality standards.Key responsibilities:Prepare and maintain production areas and equipmentPerform manufacturing tasks as scheduled by the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systemPerform operations within alignment of the work instructionsConduct quality checks throughout the production processIdentify partsPromptly report any deviations or quality concerns to the Team LeadPacking finished vehicles and/or parts for shipmentCompleting tally sheets when requiredAdhering to 5S, ESD and EHS regulationsPerform self-inspectionsMaintain special process qualifications as requiredPerform all assembly tasks and other manufacturing requirements as instructedAll classifications are subject to skills and ability evaluation within the ILUO process.Required:Special process certification required:Torquing (all operators)Crimping (electrical)Sealant (only trained and certified)Riveting (only trained and certified)Two years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentA strong commitment to quality, effective teamwork, and clear communication are essentialProficiency in the local language is also important for daily operations and collaborationAll classifications may be instructed to support various production activities beyond your key responsibilities when necessary.Salary Range: USD $22 per hourYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
