Production OperatorPay: $28.40 per hour Hiring Bonus: $1500 ($500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days, $500 at 1 year) Shift & Working Hours: 12-hour Shift; 4:45 AM to 5:07 PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers.
This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.In this position as a Wet Rover duties include general production and material handling duties to support manufacturing operations, including sanitation, weighing and staging ingredients, mixing batches, and managing inventory. Operates process control systems and forklifts to move materials, issue ingredients to work orders, and ensure production requirements are met while maintaining safety, quality, and accuracy.
