We're looking for a dependable Production Operator – Material Handler to join our team in a hands-on role working with food-grade powder production. You'll operate equipment, package product, and keep everything clean and safe—all while working closely with a team of 3–4 people in a supportive environment.What You'll Do:Work with your team to operate a food spray dryer and produce food powdersHandle and package powdered food materialsMaintain clean and sanitary equipment—following strict food safety standardsFollow production procedures and meet all safety and quality requirementsLift and carry materials (up to 75 lbs lift / 50 lbs carry) as neededStay on your feet—standing for up to 3 hours and walking for 9+ hoursSupport other team members to ensure smooth production flowShifts Available (12-Hour Shifts):Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM2-2-3 Rotating Schedule:Week 1: Mon–Tues ON | Weds–Thurs OFF | Fri–Sun ONWeek 2: Mon–Tues OFF | Weds–Thurs ON | Fri–Sun OFFEnjoy built-in long weekends every other week!Who We're Looking For:Entry-level, no experience required – we'll train you!Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow proceduresAble to lift, carry, stand, and walk for extended periodsA positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamReliable, on time, and ready to learnWhat We Offer:Consistent full-time schedule with long weekendsPaid on-the-job trainingSafe, clean, and team-oriented workplace
