Production OperatorThe Production Operator supports manufacturing operations by ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement, processing, and packaging of materials throughout the production process. This role contributes to operational performance through material handling, blending support, production documentation, and adherence to quality standards. The position plays an important role in maintaining efficient production workflows while supporting product quality, safety, and operational excellence. Compensation for this position will be determined based on a combination of factors, including education, professional certifications, relevant experience, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.Key ResponsibilitiesTransport, stage, and handle raw materials to support uninterrupted production and blending operations.Weigh, measure, blend, and document materials in accordance with production specifications, quality standards, and established operating procedures.Package, label, palletize, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment while maintaining product quality requirements.Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely while supporting efficient production, warehouse, and shipping activities.Maintain accurate production records, identify and report equipment, safety, quality, or process concerns, and support housekeeping and continuous operational efficiency.Required QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or GED equivalent.Strong mathematical skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions, work orders, and established operating procedures.Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
