Production Team MemberWe are looking for a proactive, innovative team player to join our day shift Production Team. This person must be able to operate equipment efficiently and effectively while adhering to the run schedule assigned by the team leader.This is an onsite position at our Ferndale, WA locations. The shift schedule is Monday-Thursday / 6 AM-4:30 PM.RequirementsOperate equipment to assist in the production processAssemble materials and equipment as requiredInspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are metAssist in the loading and unloading of raw materialsCommunicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are metSupport continuous process improvement effortsSupport other departments as neededEnsure compliance with all GMP's, Barlean's SOP's, and SQF regulationsOther duties as assignedKnowledge And Skill RequirementsAttention to Detail-documentation oriented processes.Self-starter and follow through.Task Oriented.Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, and climb ladder and stairs.Mechanical Aptitude.Flexible to work overtime when needed.Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds unassisted.Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information in English.Education And ExperienceHigh School graduate or equivalent preferred.
