We move fast, solve hard problems, and operate with a high level of ownership and accountability.Position SummaryTrackonomy is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to support second shift manufacturing operations at our North Carolina facility. Operators will be responsible for producing RFID labels and smart tracking products while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can follow detailed processes, and take pride in producing high-quality products in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing equipment used in the production of RFID labels and smart tracking productsFollow work instructions, production procedures, and quality standardsInspect products for quality and identify defects or production issuesLoad materials, monitor production runs, and perform basic equipment adjustmentsAccurately complete production documentation and reportingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport inventory movement and material handling as neededEscalate equipment, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors promptlyMeet daily production and throughput goals while maintaining quality standardsWork collaboratively with supervisors, operators, engineers, and quality personnelParticipate in training and continuous improvement activitiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or machine operator experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processesAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentDependable attendance and strong work ethicBasic math and reading comprehension skillsAbility to communicate effectively and work as part of a teamComfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasksPreferred QualificationsExperience in electronics, printing, labels, semiconductor, medical device, or high-volume manufacturing environmentsExperience working with automated or semi-automated equipmentFamiliarity with quality inspection processesBasic computer skills and experience entering production dataForklift certification is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during shiftsAbility to lift and move materials up to 35 poundsAbility to perform repetitive hand movements and visual inspectionsWhy Join TrackonomyOpportunity to work with cutting-edge RFID and IoT technologyFast-growing company with opportunities for advancementCollaborative and team-oriented environmentMeaningful work supporting products used across global industries
