Production OperatorAs a full-time production associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our production process.ResponsibilitiesPerform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.Assemble components using hand tools and ensure each assembled piece meets quality standards.Maintain productivity metrics by assembling a specified number of pieces.Handle lightweight materials, lifting no more than 10-15 lbs.Work in a light industrial/general assembly environment, involving manual tasks such as fitting hoses together.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly and production work.Ability to operate hand tools effectively.Basic skills in packaging and general labor tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsCapability to complete paperwork and follow onboarding processes efficiently.Basic mechanical skills, such as changing a tire, are advantageous.Why Work Here?Join a company with a clean and controlled work environment and a positive internal culture.
