Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This position involves working with collagen extraction and processing, ensuring meticulous adherence to cleanroom standards and GMP protocols.
Responsibilities
* Review and maintain batch records.
* Extract collagen from raw materials and process it by molding or cutting into different shapes.
* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
* Sanitize clean rooms and manufacturing areas.
* Set up and calibrate production equipment.
* Fill and package medical devices.
* Maintain an adequate inventory of manufacturing supplies and requisition additional materials as needed.
Essential Skills
* Experience in a GMP environment.
* Cleanroom experience.
* Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Familiar with batching, blending, cutting, and measuring.
* 2+ years in a production environment, including packaging, document control, labeling, and inspection.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Capability to follow written and oral instructions.

Work Environment
The position is located in Allendale, operating on the first shift from Monday to Friday, 7 am 3:30 pm, with potential overtime based on production needs. The role requires working in a clean room environment with full gowning, including a hair net, mask, smock, gloves, and shoe coverings. The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
