Here, you will make an impact by:Supporting production by monitoring processes, ordering inputs, loading semi-finished materials, inspecting materials, and performing quality inspections to release productOperating automated production converting, assembly, and packaging equipmentMonitoring process, ordering inputs, loading semi-finished materials, inspecting materials, performing quality inspections to release productOperating equipment in safe mannerFollowing plant and department safety rules and practicesWorking closely with other operators, and service groups to optimize process including timeliness of product flowMonitoring equipment and making required adjustments to maintain quality and desired outputComputer use is required to run process operationMeeting performance/output goalsYour Skills and ExpertisePossess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)Interested in and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled which includes working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a weekly rotating shift (i.e. Week 1: 4pm-midnight, Week 2: 8am-4pm) or a fixed midnight shift (i.e.
