This is a hands-on role supporting multiple production processes that help restore and manufacture critical aircraft components.You'll operate production equipment, prepare materials, inspect parts, and help keep work flowing safely and efficiently. If you enjoy working with your hands, following a process, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingOperate production equipment such as coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, maskers, and brazing stationsPrepare and mix materials according to process specificationsLoad and unload parts and materials from production equipmentMonitor production processes and identify potential issuesInspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are metFollow work instructions, specifications, and production requirementsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow all safety policies and proceduresCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsSupport other production activities as neededWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentManufacturing or warehouse experience preferredAbility to read, understand, and follow work instructions and specificationsFluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work overtime, including weekends, when neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift 25+ pounds throughout the shiftAbility to work on your feet for extended periods in a manufacturing environmentThis position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements.
