Production ManagerThe Production Manager - Converting provides manufacturing expertise to the site's make-to-order paper converting department. This role ensures that the production of products and processes meets or exceeds safety, quality, service, and productivity expectations while driving a values-based culture that focuses on employee development, retention and manufacturing best practices. The department includes 70+ employees, 18 machines, and evolving 24/7 operations.Operational Excellence & Results Orientation - Drives operational performance by improving productivity, quality, delivery, and cost through disciplined execution and a focus on results.
