Production ManagerTalentBridge is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to identify a Production Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced, process-driven environment. This individual will be a key member of the site leadership team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager and responsible for driving day-to-day production performance while continuing to build structure, consistency, and accountability across the operation.
