As we expand into our new Pooler, GA location, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our award-winning team.

Position Overview

The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations related to fence project execution. This role requires a strong leader with experience managing crews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule installation crews to ensure timely project completion
• Oversee job quality, safety, and efficiency across all active projects
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows
• Provide leadership, training, and support to field staff
• Monitor materials, equipment, and inventory to avoid delays
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in fence construction
• Prior installation or building experience in fencing
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with good driver history
• Computer and CRM System experience (Salesforce experience a plus)
