We are currently booked out 4+ weeks and continuing to grow. We are looking for a Production Manager who will bring structure, accountability, and calm leadership to our install operation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for scheduling, crew performance, and customer communication from the time a job is sold through completion. You will manage 5 install crews, coordinate daily schedules, communicate with customers regarding install timing and job expectations, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
