Production ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned and strategic Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in production management, exceptional team leadership skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing best practices. The Production Manager will oversee a large workforce and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, efficient resource management, and effective leadership.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Lead and manage daily production operations across multiple shiftsSupervise a team of 6+ Production Supervisors and a total workforce exceeding 90 employeesMonitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, and ensure production goals are met or exceededDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, quality, and safetyCollaborate cross-functionally with departments including engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chainEnsure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policiesMaintain and improve workflow processes, capacity planning, and labor utilizationTrain, coach, and develop supervisory staff to build a strong and capable leadership pipelineCompensation:Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Benefits:We offer comprehensive benefits to include health and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (required)Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management roleProven experience managing a team of 5+ production supervisors and a total workforce of 75+ employeesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience working in a unionized manufacturing environment is highly preferredDemonstrated ability to drive results, improve processes, and foster a high-performance cultureWorking knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plusIf you're a dynamic and experienced production leader ready to take on a high-impact role, we want to hear from you.
