Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end product development and production across multiple children’s categories, from concept and proto sampling through bulk delivery.
- Collaborate with designers on fabric, trims, and garment construction, ensuring feasibility, cost-efficiency, and compliance with children’s safety regulations (snaps, buttons, flammability, etc.).
- Manage the seasonal calendar, track milestones, and troubleshoot bottlenecks to keep product on schedule.
- Review and approve samples, and fit comments, ensuring consistency in quality, fit, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with domestic and overseas vendors on costing, approvals, and production execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including sales, design, sourcing, and logistics—to deliver product that meets both creative vision and commercial goals. xhqgsiq
