This individual will play a key role in ensuring product integrity, customer satisfaction, and audit readiness across the facility.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production within plant
- Training and development of employees
- Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives and projects within company
Requirements to be considered:
- Bachelor's Degree or equal experience
- 3+ years production management or 5+ years production supervisor experience within food/beverage manufacturing
- Must have experience with USDA
- Must have experience with poultry - Chicken, Turkey, or Duck
