Production ManagerA top-tier, employee owned, family first organization is looking for an experienced Production Manager. The Production Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations.Responsibilities include:Supervising the timely completion of all projects, creating and implementing process improvements, and coordinating projects in a manner that maximizes efficiency and profitability.Achieving manufacturing results by communicating job expectations to hourly and salary employees. Planning, monitoring, and appraising production results.Working with all employees using coaching, counseling, discipline, and mediation skills.Maintaining workflow by monitoring steps of the process using process monitors; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources reporting on daily results, and making corrections to achieve targets.Assigning personnel to accomplish work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; evaluating employees, and conducting orientation and training of personnel.Being responsible for the safety of all employees and ensuring they know and acknowledge all safety rules, policies, and necessary PPE for each position.Being accountable for compliance with established quality policies and procedures.Being responsible for communication on all equipment and machines.
