Production Building ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic Production Building Manager to join our Los Angeles site for the Advanced Materials Division. This is a highly visible leadership role with broad operational scope: you will provide oversight of day-to-day operations for a dedicated building within the LA Site (Production and Packaging in our formulation and mixing area).The Los Angeles Huntsman site produces high-value specialty epoxy materials, mainly for aerospace, automotive, power, and industrial applications. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.The candidate must have the unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.Minimum QualificationsBachelor of Science/Engineering (Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred), MBA a plus.8+ years relevant experience in chemical manufacturing / process environment.Demonstrated capability leading operations with strong safety mindset; ability to influence across functions and lead through change.Experience applying Lean / Six Sigma / structured problem solving in manufacturing settings.This role may involve materials regulated under RCRA; appropriate training will be provided prior to involvement.Must be approved/cleared by the State and Federal to extend applicable to work with controlled chemicals that Huntsman utilizes at the site.Working EnvironmentInvolvement in process plant operations, including Production and PackagingExposure to materials regulated under RCRAOffice and manufacturing environment; shift flexibility may be requiredWhat Can We Offer You?Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year.The compensation range reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting, considering education, experience, and training.Benefits:Competitive healthcare, dental, and vision starting Day OneOne additional week of paid time off on top of vacation401k – Huntsman automatically contributes 6% of eligible pay; company will match $1 for every $1 contributed up to a maximum of 4%Huntsman is proud to promote equal opportunity in the workplace.
