What you'll do
- Lead and coach a team of powder coat operators and support staff
- Oversee pretreatment, powder booth, and cure oven operations
- Drive production scheduling to hit delivery targets
- Own quality: first-pass yield, defect reduction, color and finish consistency
- Champion safety and a clean, organized shop
- Partner with engineering, quality, and production on continuous improvement
What you bring
- Powder coating industry experience strongly preferred
- Metals manufacturing background also welcome if powder coat isn't your history
- Supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge xhqgsiq of powder coat processes: pretreatment, booth/line operations, cure ovens, e-coat a plus
- A hands-on, floor-first leadership style
