Production Manager

Area ManagerThe Area Manager is responsible for safety, quality and production of all coated steel products processed in their assigned department(s) at the Steelscape facility. The incumbent ensures that production goals are met, customer demands are satisfied, and all manufacturing associates work safely within a self-directed team environment.This Area Manager is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the business plans by achieving or exceeding KPI's by providing leadership, employee development and ensuring continuous improvement strategies are implemented maintaining the profitability and competitiveness of the organization. Developing self-directed working teams, facilitating team meetings, activities, resources, conflicts and overall team development is also required.
