Production ManagerLocation: Indio Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as needed.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead production floor activities in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and employee performance.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing production teams, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of daily production operationsManage employee scheduling and staffing assignments for production linesTrain, mentor, and develop production employees and leadership staffMonitor and enforce workplace safety standards and company policiesConduct employee coaching, corrective actions, and performance managementSupervise production line crews, operators, and production leadership personnelEnsure all required quality checks, inspections, and reporting are completed accuratelyAssist with inventory management, material usage, and FIFO processesMonitor production efficiencies, line utilization, and operational performanceCollaborate with scheduling, inventory, engineering, and maintenance departments to support production goalsManage purchasing of production-related suppliesSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational growthLead and participate in production and management meetingsPerform additional duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience in a Production Manager or Manufacturing Leadership role requiredStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience in production scheduling, inventory control, and operational oversightKnowledge of safety regulations and quality control processesAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with production software systems and reporting toolsContinuous improvement mindset with strong attention to efficiency and productivityPreferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing or industrial production environmentsBilingual English/Spanish is a plusExperience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives preferredBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for growth and advancementFull-time stable employmentTeam-oriented work environmentApply today to join a growing company focused on operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
