Required work experience includes:
- 5+ years of experience Managing in a Manufacturing Environment is a MUST
- Experienced with Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing (Kanban, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, pull scheduling, Deming and Covey, etc) is a MUST
- Ability to pass a Drug Test (includes tobacco and alcohol) is a MUST
- Prior experience in a Production Environment using Composite Molding, Resin, Plastics, Glass, Metal Fabrication, or Carbon Fiber is a MUST
- Previous experience with AS9100D or ISO 9001 is a PLUS
- Experienced in using ERP or MRP software systems is a PLUS
- Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Management, Engineering, Business, or related field is a PLUS
