Production Manager

Looking to hire an experienced Production Manager for a uniform and apparel company.

Need someone who is hands-on, highly organized, and capable of managing the entire production workflow from order release through completion and delivery.

The ideal candidate should have experience with apparel, uniforms, garment manufacturing, embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer and sewing.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily production schedules and priorities
• Supervising and coordinating production employees
• Ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time
• Managing workflow between production departments
• Monitoring productivity, labor efficiency, and quality
• Coordinating materials and inventory needed for production
• Reducing mistakes, rework, waste, and production delays
• Working closely with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and customer service
• Handling rush orders and changing production priorities
• Improving production processes and overall efficiency
• Maintaining strong quality-control standards
• Holding the production team accountable for performance and deadlines

Specifically looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can take ownership of the production floor, solve problems quickly, and create an organized and efficient production environment.

• Must speak either Mandarin or Cantonese fluently

Experience in the uniform, apparel, embroidery, or screen-printing industry is strongly preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position.
