This role leads production teams, manages resources, drives continuous improvement, and partners cross-functionally to meet business goals.ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and direct daily production activities to meet output, quality, cost, and delivery targetsLead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and production employeesMonitor production schedules and adjust labor, equipment, and materials as neededEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and labor utilizationIdentify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliabilityPartner with supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issuesManage staffing levels, training plans, and performance reviewsSupport new product launches, process changes, and capacity planningEnforce company policies, procedures, and work standardsAdhere to and promote the Company Values.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–7 years of manufacturing or production leadership experienceProven experience leading teams in a production environmentStrong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and labor managementSolid understanding of safety and quality systemsStrong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologiesExperience using ERP / MES systemsOSHA safety training or certificationExperience managing multiple shifts or departmentsProblem-solving skills and tools such as PDCA, DMAIC and KaizenPhysical and Work Environment RequirementsAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and standing/walking for extended periodsAbility to occasionally lift up to 25–40 lbsFlexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed to support productionAt Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
