Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations while managing area leads and production teams
- Coordinate with production schedulers to execute workflow targets safely and on time
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain 5S standard practices across work bays
- Manage team performance, skill development, and shop floor training
- Enforce environmental, health, and safety standards across all operational shifts
? Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience supervising operations within industrial manufacturing or structural steel
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
- Practical experience managing shift schedules, labor planning, and production flow
- Solid background in team leadership, employee coaching, and safety compliance
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, and communication skills
