Production Manager - CouplingsThe Production Manager will provide operations leadership and excellence to deliver a world-class couplings operation. Manage all site related functions in the safest and most efficient manner ensuring the highest level of quality is maintained.Must have experience with EMAG MachinesDuties, Responsibilities & Key tasks:Accountable for supervising threading and couplings operations;Responsible for efficient production scheduling and inventory management;Lead, direct and manage all activities of the shop workforce to ensure business objectives are achieved which include safety, production, quality, cost and delivery;Proactively promote and create a safe work environment for hourly production associates; Provide employees with the tools and resources necessary to work safely;Effectively communicate shop policies and procedures. Assure compliance to shop policies and rules;Provide technical support to the sales people on the capabilities of the shop;Additional job duties as necessary to facilitate shop operation.Q-HSE System Requirements:Ensure work is carried out in compliance with company Quality, Health/Safety and Environmental policies and procedures;Promote good health, safety and environmental practices through all company activities;Take care to prevent harm to self and others and the environment that may be caused by our acts or omissions.Education/QualificationBachelor's degree. Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience working in a manufacturing with at least 3 years in management and leadership role required.
Experience in couplings /treading business is highly desired.
