Production ManagerA Fiserv Production Manager oversees day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates people, processes, equipment and materials to meet production targets while continuously improving performance.What you will do:Manage operational activities including priorities through supervisorsMinimize operational expenditures (e.g., CPWUs) in cost centersOverall team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectivesProvide coaching and mentoring for team, driving for operational resultsEnsure team adheres to established policy and proceduresWhat you will need to have:3+ years' experience in operations/production environment required2+ years of previous management experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, military, or education requiredImportant info about this role:You will work an assigned schedule of 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2p-10pFlexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidaysYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
